Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. All products are custom-made based on your order, and we do not stock inventory.

Once an order is placed, any giveaway entries associated with that purchase are automatically submitted. No refunds will be issued after the completion of a giveaway campaign.

Errors Upon Receiving Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped by us please contact us immediately.

Items that arrive defective, damaged, or were shipped incorrectly by us may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Your order number

A description of the issue

A photo of the defective, damaged, or incorrect product

Critical Information to Understand

Unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, purchases made during an active giveaway promotion are generally non-refundable.

Because eligible purchases may receive entries into a giveaway, we are unable to issue refunds once the associated giveaway has ended and entries have been finalized.

After a promotional giveaway has concluded, you may contact us regarding a return request. If a return is approved, you may be offered:

A comparable item of equal value

Store credit

Since purchases may include giveaway entries that cannot be revoked after a giveaway has ended, we must enforce this policy to maintain the integrity and fairness of the promotion.
